These terms are written for the current MVP service. They are not a substitute for a signed project agreement, proposal, statement of work, or support agreement when one is provided separately.
Services
Banyan Tree Design provides web design, website build, website update, and support services for small businesses and local clients. Public pricing or launch offers are informational only and do not create an automatic purchase or guaranteed scope.
Work begins after review, agreement on scope, and any required payment request is issued and paid through the approved payment process.
Client Portal
The portal is used for account review, project status, support requests, comments, attachments, support contract status, and payment requests. New signups remain pending until manually reviewed and approved.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the portal only for your own business relationship with Banyan Tree Design.
Payments
Payment requests are created by Banyan Tree Design after review. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. The application does not collect or store card numbers.
Payment status is based on Stripe confirmation and the records stored in the Banyan Tree Design system.
Requests And Attachments
Clients may submit support requests, change requests, comments, and allowed attachments through the portal. Attachments must be relevant to the request and must follow the file type and size limits shown in the portal or API.
Do not upload private credentials, passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, payment card data, or other secrets.
Third-Party Services
Projects and support may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, analytics providers, repositories, email providers, Stripe, Resend, or other tools. Those services may have their own terms, policies, availability, and fees.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, portal, payment flow, upload system, or support workflow. This includes attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious files, submitting misleading information, or using the service for unlawful activity.
Availability And Changes
Banyan Tree Design is an owner/operator business. Reasonable effort is made to keep the public site, portal, and API available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
These terms may be updated as the MVP and service offering mature. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
